Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your purchase item. If we can expedite the service and get your item at an earlier date, we will notify you by email when your item will be shipped.

Upon receiving your return request, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All return items must be in unused condition with original tags and must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. We will notify you by email and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
