We hope you are 100% satisfied with your fine Jewelry purchase. If, for any reason, you do not like your purchase, we will be happy to process a return or exchange. Our standard return policy permits returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.
Damages and issues:
Flawless Jewels NY stands behind its merchandise 100%. While quality issues are highly unlikely due to our stringent quality control, please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
Your refund will be processed within a few days of receiving your return. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
No refunds will be issued on special custom orders, or merchandise that has been engraved, resized, or otherwise altered in any way. Worn, abused, or damaged items cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Final Sale - High Jewelry:
High Jewelry purchases of $25,000 and above are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
International Orders:
All International orders are final sale, and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Custom Sizes:
Rings: Standard sizes 6- to.7.5 are regular purchases. Rings sized 8 and above are custom and are final sale.
Bracelets: Standard sizes 6.5 to 7 inches are regular purchases. Larger sizes are custom and are final sale.
Necklaces: Standard lengths 16-17 inches are regular purchases. Longer lengths are custom and are final sale.
Restocking Fee:
Standard items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Returns made after 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges:
We will notify you by email if the item you wish to receive as an exchange is in stock. If your item is in stock, the fastest way to ensure you receive it is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Items not in stock:
To exchange for an item that is not in stock, the current delivery time frame for your new item can be up to 6-8 weeks . Please notify us immediately if you cannot wait; We will then stop your order and issue a refund.
Return Process:
Upon receiving your return request, we will provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
All return items must be in unused, in original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will review it and notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
